16 September 2015, Alqosh, Iraq - With the support of the Iraqi Christian Relief Council (ICRC) and in coordination with the Assyrian Aid Society of America, the Assyrian Aid Society-Iraq implemented a relief program of humanitarian aid distribution for displaced families from Mosul and Nineveh Plain in Alqosh. The distribution included food baskets to 560 displaced families.
